- Driver Tracking- Managers can see where the driver is on the map and review their trips;
- Managers can monitor the delivery times and track performance on out how long an order takes on average to get to the customer;
- Managers have insight into the performance of deliveries for the current period;
- Trending averages assist managers in seeing where potential operational improvements lie;
- Drivers have access to GPS information and can navigate from the store to the customer with turn-by-turn directions;
- Managers can review Cash up, Driver daily trips and exceptions in the reports.
- Orders can be pre-grouped by a manager and each group allocated to drivers as they arrive for the next delivery to allow multiple deliveries per trip.
- Allocation of orders can be done by the manager or driver.
- Multilingual Driver App including: English, Afrikaans, Zulu and Tswana.
Order Dispatch
Orders can either be auto-allocated to drivers or processed manually by a co-ordinator via the web portal.
The system can also be configured to allow more than one order to be allocated to a driver for a single trip where the customers are in close proximity or in the same direction, and the orders are all able to be delivered within time constraints.
